Research On Resource Sharing Of Enterprise Information Grid

Information Grid is a system using the Grid technology to achieve the sharing and managing of information resources, providing information services. This thesis addresses the prime issue on resource sharing of the information grid based on the National 863 High-Tech Project, a high performance computer facing grid, with the combination of the research on the Vega Information Grid project.The principle of the Vega Information Grid is Versatile Service, Enable Intelligence, Global Uniformity and Autonomous Control. This thesis describes the essential issues of the resource representation of the information grid based on the principles and main requirement features of the Vega Information Grid, and presents the method in metadata object representation, asserting and establishing.This thesis presents the mechanism of resource organizing and management in enterprise information grid, and analyzes the application of LDAP in information grid. This thesis presents the method of getting resource from enterprise information grid and defines the conception of resource broker, discusses the application of SOAP in information grid.This thesis analyzes the access control mechanism of the Enterprising Information Portal developed by the NCIC, ICT, and presents the mechanism of user management, role management and access control management in enterprise information grid. This theis presents more problems that should be resolved by the access control mechanism of the information grid based on the implement of the Enterprising Information Portal.The thesis takes the enterprise information grid case which is developed by the NCIC, ICT for example, with the key issues referred in it, explaining how these techniques can be used to integrate, share, and manage the enterprise resource.
