Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Management Decision Making Support System Using GIS

Analysis the requirement of real estate management, according to the actual requirement of business work and decision making support, research the real estate management decision making support system using GIS. The overall design of the system, architechture, hierarchical design, technical route, and functional design are presented. Discuss database indexing mechanism, and study the unstructured property data storage and optimization problems. Finally, based on ArcGIS secondary development, using the Microsoft Enterprise Library4.1, using Microsoft Smart Client Software Factory (SCSF) Software architecture for implementing the system, the paper puts forward the technology and method of inspection.Key working achievements are listed as follows:(1) The overall demand for housing management decision support system are analyzed, and gives a real estate GIS subsystem, house property surveying and mapping management subsystem and detailed requirements analysis of real estate registration census management subsystem.(2) Given the overall architecture of the system, hierarchical design, main technical route and system security design strategy.(3) Real estate GIS subsystem, house property surveying and mapping management subsystem is given and housing census registration management subsystem function design in detail.(4) Discusses the attribute index mechanism based on Oracle and based on ArcSDE spatial grid index mechanism.(5) Discusses the properties of unstructured data storage technology.(6) Discusses the optimization of the property database technology, mainly including the design of the application system tablespace with BLOB table structure design.Based on ArcGIS secondary development component, using the Microsoft Enterprise Library4.1build, using Microsoft Smart Client Software Factory (SCSF) Software architecture for implementing the system.
