Internet Of Things (IOT) is regarded as another revolution of the informationindustry. Its appearance makes the communication of things possible, and theapplication schema of realtime monitoring hotter and hotter. The production pipe line iswidely used in traditional industry. But due to the lack of automation, completelyautomate produce is not available resulting that the management of human resource andmanufacturing procedure is not scientific and the data gathered is not in realtime. Theapplication schema base on inter communication of things provide a new technicalmethod for the management of manufacturing procedure and the workers.Based on the sumrization of the previous project, this paper designed andimplemented a pipe line monitoring system on respbarryPi Linux system, using IEEE802.11and RFID technology.Realizing the disadvantages on communication and extensibility, this paper makesgreat effort to deal with these two problems. On the consideration of extensibility, thispaper proposes the communication method based on message parsing and configurableapplication model. On the aspect of communication, this paper analysis the IEEE802.11MAC and obtained the parameter and guidance model for networking and thequality of service.By implementing the models proposed, the system could satisfy the demand ofrapid and easy development and ensure the quality of service in high dense networkstate.
