The Design Of Production Safety Warning Information System For The C City’s Natural Gas Company

Informatization is the inevitable result of the rapid development of science andtechnology of our time. Information technology has been considered a key technologyto support the development of enterprises，master information resources means tomaster the most advanced productivity tools，therefore，we can seize the initiative infierce competition. In recent years，the domestic natural gas enterprises also unfoldeda construction campaign for informatization，have established their own informationmanagement system，and acquired many achievements.As the supply of natural gas company，safety gas supply should be the firstconsideration. With the natural gas is more and more widely used in C city，securitymanagement problems are becoming more and more serious. These problems becomeimportant factors for public safety and emergency management work，once theleakage of natural gas pipleline，will result great social influence and seriouseconomic losses. So how to use information technology to build natural gas safetymanagement system，making information for the safe use of gas service，has been acritical and imperative task.Safety is the core of the gas company culture. Although the company with "whenit comes to safety, nothing is trivial" as the mission, but not enough. In order toreduce accidents, and reduce the frequency of accidents, The company plans tointroduce the production safety warning information System.In this paper，based on the requirement analysis of C city’s natural gas companyin the present situations and safety management problem，combined with experiencesof other natural gas enterprises for security management problems， made a summaryrelevant study achievements，explored the solutions of adapt to natural gas company in C city，and the solution of safety management information system is proposed forthe city natural gas company. The solution discussed the requirement analysis，guiding ideology，principles，system scheme and so on in detail.Finally，the author argue that the significant feature of this design is to build up arelatively complete framework for the gas production safety warning system. Thisframework contains four information system: GIS, SCADA，Patrol System andEmergency Command System. The framework also contains a perfect emergencytreatment process. Based on the practice research and effect analysis of the safetymanagement information system，it not only played an important role in raising thegas company safety management level and further enhancing the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. At the same time， the auther hope that the solutioncan play a reference role in the safety management for other natural gas companies.
