| With the improvement of the operation mode of e-commerce platforms and the rapid development of the logistics industry,in recent years,due to the impact of the epidemic,people’s purchasing power for the production of daily necessities has shifted from offline to online,resulting in a large number of express production orders.Digital twin technology is also bringing big changes to industrial manufacturing.In the face of market fluctuations and the changing needs of users,the factories of express delivery enterprises hope to complete the multi-dimensional and full-cycle integration of production resources,equipment resources,operation and maintenance data and other resources by improving the digital transformation with the help of digital twin technology.This paper analyzes and summarizes the development and application of digital twin technology in production line at home and abroad,and studies the key technologies to realize digital twin technology.Firstly,the digital twin scene of the express Factory production line is constructed through the 3D modeling and simulation platform Factory I/O.Secondly,through the research of Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol in industrial Internet,the communication between physical entities and twin scenes and the two-way data interaction in the production line digital twin system are realized.Then based on My SQL data management database,the operation and fault data of each stage of intelligent production line are stored and analyzed.Through the real-time communication of the operation and maintenance status of the production equipment,a closed-loop data mode is formed to realize the management of the whole life cycle of the production line.Finally,the production resource scheduling problem and demand of express production line are analyzed,and a dynamic priority scheduling algorithm based on first-come,first-served,priority and high-priority insertion scheduling algorithm is designed.Through the test of the algorithm,the purpose of this paper is achieved and the intelligent production of the express production line is realized.At the same time,the main functions of the express production line digital twin system are designed and implemented,and the test and evaluation are completed. |
