High quality time-frequency signal is the basic condition in the implementation of many technologies, especially getting high quality time-frequency signal through PLL is a method commonly used in engineering practice. Because the traditional PLL requires reference signal and locked signal remaining the same, it makes the different nominal values of frequency high-precision locking is impossible. This thesis is studying the locking technology of the different nominal values of frequency and realizing the achievement that by using known high quality time-frequency signal locked signal and generate the final useful signal.The thesis argues the principle of the PLL technology and the locking process firstly, and then discusses the phase direct detection based on phase group synchronization theory to realize the different nominal values of frequency high-precision locking, finally debates the Clear-up PLL based on rotation phase detection, which realizes the phase direct detection between different nominal values of frequency by DDS and takes advantages of the analogy to digital conversion in MCU, completing the custom bandwidth via digital low-pass filtering process system and taking the output of high-precision voltage-controlled voltage through the digital to analog conversion chip. Because of the MCU and other digital devices in the PLL, the different nominal values of frequency can be locked with high precision.
