Abstract/Summary:
The management of special equipment is one of the key contents in the daily affairs of special departments,and also one of the important contents of logistics support management of special departments.In order to realize the high efficiency,precision and safety management of special equipment,and to solve the problems of fake collar,wrong hair,missing hair,loss/loss traceability of special equipment,it is urgent to establish a perfect traceability system for special equipment.In addition,in the existing material management traceability algorithm,most of the algorithms are always for the application of specific and unchanged,with strong stability of the processing process.However,as a special equipment with rapidly changing application scenarios,the existing traceability tree algorithm is difficult to record such management processes in the case of complex business changes such as refitting,reprocessing,random distribution and so on.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the method and system implementation technology of traceability management of special equipmen t by deeply mining the common requirements of existing special equipment management business.The main work is as follows:1)An engineering optimization scheme of traceability tree algorithm is presented,which can adapt to the dynamic change of special equipment management process.On this basis,the traceability data acquisition function based on RFID is designed.2)A design scheme of traceability management system for special equipment is given.The scheme integrates the functions of traceability r ecord,RFID tag management,normal traceability management,traceability statistics,and process design.The data model involved in the scheme is designed.3)The prototype system of the above-mentioned design scheme is implemented,and the function and performance tests are carried out.The test results show that the function of the system basically meets the requirements of the real application scenario,and the performance basically meets the expected targets.Through the research of this subject,the feasibility scheme of the construction of traceability management system for special equipment is explored,which provides a new idea for the management of special equipment,and also provides theoretical and practical experience for the construction and implementation of traceability management system for special department materials.
