With the development of economic, science and technology, and also with theincreasing spiritual demand of various ethnic groups and cultural, The Radio andtelevision broadcasting career of Kashgar region is marching forward theseyears.Especially after the11’s The Third Plenary Session,under the loving care ofCommunist Party of China,and with the leading of government leaders, radio andtelevision broadcasting career in Kashgar is growing bigger and bigger. In the meantime,the content of radio television broadcasting career is more rich thanbefore,and the range is becoming more wide,from scratch, from small to large,slowly evolving, increasingly rich spread morphology,the overall strength isgradually increasing.Kashgar television station was founded in1985. The Station created a mediaplatform especially for the Kashgar region. Since then, the media of Uighur channelalways adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion.Since2006, Kashgar regiontelevision station began to broadcast programs like “Kashgar News”" Midday News","social Fax "," economic concerns "," walking into Kashgar ". Through theseprograms,station able to broadcast the achievement of reformation andmodernization.The creation and development of Kashgar region Uyghur channel play a vitalrole in all aspects of Kashgar’s development and progress.On the other hand,the station contributed to the spiritual enjoyment of Uighurpeople,and contributed to the development and steady of Kashgar.In the mean time,the programs promoted the understanding and the friendship between Uygur andother ethnic groups. Programs carried out a variety cultural exchange and that makesunderstanding.But the main problem is that the station didn’t get full use of the broadcastingtime.Most of the programming time was used for the boarding advertisings and columns. And we found out that Kashgar television station have been worded asa advisor And we also know that the programs ate broadcasting in time and thecontext was really good.As for the name,context, broadcasting time and length of programs,we analysis thattoo. And we found out that the orientation of each column is not really clear. And theteam is lack of cooperation,the management of whole station is not that good either.They need some young students with passion and energy.In the end, for the problems of the programs of Kashgar television channelcolumn. I propose that we should produce the different programs for the people inthe different ages. In the mean time,we should get full use of the environment thataround us and produce some new column. The director of the programs need to putmore attention on the foundation use and the management of talent people.
