And most of the European countries, like television stations originated in the city,China Television Media is also the city’s first television station. But the difference isthat European and American countries, China’s urban television media and the level ofadministrative regions there is a corresponding relationship in China’s "four to run theradio" system in the third level, which is at the CCTV and provincial TV mediadouble "oppression" under. In this article theauthor analyzes the Urban TV media cross-regional business barriers and overcomeobstacles summarized countermeasures. As the practice of cross-regional businesscomplex, this article can not be involved in eleven research results have certainlimitations. I still want to study, to a certain extent, promote or improve the Chinesecity television media in a cross-regional business developments.
