With the development of network technology and accelerate the pace of economic globalization, e-commerce has become one of the way people shopping. In the e-commerce scenario, search, browse and select merchandise goods, such as the implementation of the purchase process is the most direct link active user experience. For many online shoppers, it is difficult to enjoy navigation tasks in the information flow naturally smooth experience feelings. Therefore, it is necessary to study the design of the navigation information from the user experience perspective. E-commerce site user experience mainly has sensory experience, browsing experience, interactive experience, emotional experience and trust experience these five aspects, reflected in architecture design, interface design, function design and emotional design, etc. JD Mall is selected as the research object, based on the optimization of user-centered process, using in-depth interviews, field observations and survey methods to obtain user behavior characteristics, using SPSS software to analyze and confirm the user needs to obtain design needs points. Based on this, the initial improvement program design, and design for user evaluation. Through the study of the above, made of JD Mall site home page, search results pages, product details page, do the buying process optimization tips page by Photoshop. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, to improve the site’s user experience satisfaction, hoping to provide practical guidance for the design of e-commerce and related network services to help users better participate in the new way of life and achieve win-win situation with the user’s e-commerce.
