With the development of China's e-commerce,e-commerce growth has moved from B2 C,C2C to B2 B.The e-commerce of the traditional industry is accelerating,with a large number of vertical type of B2 B e-commerce products launched this few years.The textile industry as a traditional industry in our country,has a rapid growth in e-commerce.A few textile industry e-commerce APP appeared in recent years.The users were benefited from the APPs,and put forward higher requirements to the user experience.After doing some research on the domestic user experience design,the following problems were found.(1)Few study was focused on the B2 B e-commerce industry APP.(2)The standard user experience design process was not quite fitted for the textile industry.(3)Few study was about e-commerce APP evaluation.In order to solve these problems,the following work was done.(1)The theories of ecommerce and user experience were studied.(2)The textile industry e-commerce APP user experience model was build.(3)The textile industry e-commerce APP was designed based on the user experience.(4)The APP evaluation was completed.Based on the theory of user experiece and combined with the specific situation of the textile industry B2 B e-commerce,The textile industry e-commerce APP user experience model was proved to help analysed the problem by designing the Soouya APP.The study was a meaningful attempt to enrich the study of APP in e-commerce,and provides reference for the user experience design in the related fields.
