| In the case of computer software products on the market to encourage competition, and software products in the technical form and function is becoming more and more similar to the original core values have been gradually fading. Most software companies began to realize the seriousness of the problem, hoping to strengthen the market competitiveness of its own software products, which enhance the user experience of most products by the majority of firms. So how to enhance the user experience, it has become a serious problem. Over the years, domestic software industry through the introduction of user-centered design (User Centered Design, UCD) approach to solve this problem. Practice shows, UCD methods from the user’s point of view, can be achieved to enhance the user experience and usability of software products purpose. How to introduce this method in the domestic software enterprises is an urgent need to explore the subject.The actual software project development experience over the years, combined with the author of this article, is described by the four project case in enterprise application development process, using the traditional system development methods problems encountered, and how to introduce UCD methods to solve these problem. Through health insurance system and insurance sales management system both cases, UCD methods described in requirements analysis process is how to obtain and analyze user needs; through banking assets monitoring and management system and ticket sales platform both cases, described in How the software design stage of the system processes and other aspects of the user experience design method by UCD.This article focuses on the following aspects describe how to introduce UCD methods:1. Before the user needs to do background research and user analysis survey.2. Get the real needs of the user by the method of task analysis.3. Analysis of user characteristics and user groups divided, establish user roles, in order to accurately grasp the user expectations. |
