An Application Design Centered On User Experience Of Harbin Zhongqing Gas

The COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 has severely affected many industries and enterprises in China and the world.However,with the development of science and technology and new development models showing great advantages,the development of new media is rapid.People only need a mobile phone to handle business,which is convenient and fast.For many gas companies,they still have shortcomings in network services.In the era of new media,many industries and companies have transformed their management and marketing,keeping up with the trend,providing users with convenience services,improving service quality and efficiency,and gaining huge benefits for the company.According to the five user experience elements of strategy layer,scope layer,structure layer,skeleton layer and surface layer,this article describes the overall design concept of Zhong Qing Gas APP.Through basic research,it lays the foundation for the subsequent development of the project,and also analyzes the design of Zhong Qing APP from a professional perspective of product goals,user needs,etc,which will set the criteria for successful design from both functional and visual perspectives.Through analysis and summary of similar products,the application can make use of its strengths and avoid their shortcoming with a unique operating system.Product design which focused on user's experience is to provide users with convenience through existing technology,so that users have a pleasant experience.In the design of Zhong Qing Gas APP,the importance of interaction in user experience was emphasized,and the design process of application was comprehensively explained.
