Based On Ahp And Gst Model Of University Library Staff Performance Assessment And Empirical Study

As the university’s academic and cultural centers, libraries undertake the important task of literature resources protection. In recent years, for the development of the times, university libraries increased human resources management, and performance assessment is an essential part of the university library management. Reasonable use of performance assessment in the University Libraries to help mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, and play to their potential to create greater value. However, the university library generally follow the overall assessment arrangements and procedures, the assessment does not meet the actual model, making the overall effect of performance assessment is poor in current library. Therefore, how to build a consistent and practicable performance assessment model which meet the nature of university library, is the focus of this article need to study.In this paper, from the background of the research, it analyzes the domestic and foreign status of university library performance assessment, uses performance assessment theories and combines with the actual work of University Library to determine the performance assessment index system, and through questionnaires and statistical analysis, improves the performance assessment index system; this paper uses AHP evaluation indicators for each calculation of weight and consistency check; Finally, case in Wenzhou University Library,according to the index system construction, establishes and calculates a performance assessment model of Wenzhou University Library staff. The results meet the actual situation with the staff. At the end of this paper, it summarizes innovation and future prospects, also proposes a series of improvement measures.
