Heat treatment is a main way of improving metal material and metalwork. In recent years, with the development of industry, there are more and more requests for metalwok, so heat treatment is hammering at high quality and efficient, low-power and zero-social effects of pollution. Infiltrating-carbon is a used more extensive heating equipment in heat treatment, thus measurement and control of temperature in heating is becoming important technic. So it urges people study more methods of controlling heating process more positive. An infiltrating-carbon furnace is a nonlinear system, changing with time and distributed parameters; it is difficult to express its characteristic using precise mathematic model. A normal PID controller is used in industry, due to its simple structure and being realized easily. But a traditional PID controller can not obtain a good effect on line real time controlling, owing to uncertain controlled object and environment. This paper make fuzzy controlling arithmetic which has self-tuning function into traditional infiltrating carbon furnace controlling system to form an intelligent fuzzy control system. It makes using of fuzzy control rule to changing adaptive PID parameters on line, improving its control effect. Because the adaptive Neuron Network PID arithmetic need calculate many parameters and a normal slow speed CPU can not process program on real time, Samsung S3C44B0X CPU is selected. The Samsung S3C44B0X is 32/16 bit RISC Microprocessor and uses ARM7TDMI core. Its maximum CPU clock frequency is 75MHZ. The S3C44B0X is used in fields of cheap price handle devices and industry applications. Fuzzy self-tuning PID control arithmetic in this paper has really intelligent and flexible, which has auto-measurement, gathering and dealing and show in control result and so on. It has high control precision, making the processing of quality heat treatment apparatus has guidable significance.
