Production of polycrystalline silicon is the high technology, It combined chemical industry and electromechanical. Therefore the safe production priority is to ensure the real-time monitoring of production efficiency. Polysilicon production line monitoring system is the important component of the production line. This system is responsible for operation, management and monitoring of the production line.The thesis firstly introduces polysilicon production technology development and DCS technology present situation, analyzes the DCS multilayer control structure, Puts forward a method that apply the industrial Ethernet to the polysilicon production line monitoring system. The second chapter introduces the core equipment of polysilicon production. Its internal work situation is analyzed. A group of production parameters which have high efficiency, and low energy consumption are get through the experimental method. It reflect low energy consumption of silane technique for production of polycrystalline silicon. This thesis proposes design scheme based on industrial Ethernet and distributed control system. Industrial Ethernet has high compatibility and distributed control system structure is real-time. Considering the end user scene convenience of operation and human-computer interface, and combining the characteristics of distributed control system of actual performance, the hardware use the S7-300 PLC and the software use the Citect SCADA. In the design, first to concrete the hardware configuration, Then from the hardware design and software electrical wiring, the thesis discusses the polysilicon production line monitoring system scheme, the data transmission scheme and database structure.Based on the second chapter, auto-tuning PID control applied in polysilicon production temperature control. Different control method experimental results are obtained. For polysilicon production of temperature control requirements, compare and gain practical control effect and better PID control method. Finally, with the actual control effect, design deficiencies are improvedThis thesis features is applied the current rapid development of industrial Ethernet technology with distributed control technologies, designs a kind of accord with industrial automation development trend of the distributed control architecture. In this framework, the future system has extension foundation.
