To solve the problem of shortage of resources, the state actively accelerate thedevelopment of circular economy. Remanufacturing is not only an important measure butalso an advanced form to enforce the "recycling economy" program. The hydrauliccylinders, which have various of types and sophisticated structures, are the keycomponents of the construction machinery of large quantities.Huge economic returns,aswell as great social benefits,would be gained if we apply the remanufacturing work to theinvalid hydraulic cylinders. The remanufacturing of the hydraulic oil cylinder requireshigh level of technical expertise, and the dismantling work is an important part of thehydraulic cylinder remanufacturing process. How to enhance the hydraulic cylinder’sdismantling technical level and improve the efficiency of the dismantling work has beenone of the problems which need to be solved immediately. This paper designs the hydrauliccylinder disassembly line and uses the computer simulation softwares to do the modelingand simulation for it in a virtual environment, which can provide remanufacturingenterprises a reference for the design of the hydraulic cylinder disassembly lineThe main work is as follows.1、Study the dismantling process in the remanufacturing of the hydraulic oilcylinder to establish a high-efficiency cylinder dismantling line. Then develop thespecific processes for the cylinder dismantling line, and plan workshop’s layout ofdisassembly line through the investigations and relevant literature.2、 Use DELMIA software to model and assemble the dismantling line in athree-dimensional environment, establish parameters model for the workshop,and do thedynamic simulation for the dismantling platform’s working process, then do the interferingtest to avoid collision interference situation, which can reduce manufacturing costs.3、Model the hydraulic cylinder disassembly line by using the eM-plant softwarein a two-dimensional environment, do the dynamic logistics simulation for thedismantling line, analyse and optimize the movement units between differentequipments,focus on the bottleneck point, dismantling line balancing rate, equipmentutilization and other issues, carries out improvements for the simulation problems,which makes the dismantling line been optimized.
