This paper introduces the research and application of PLC based on PID control., and introduces the hydraulic valve assembly production line control system which used PLC control. This project used WinCC Flexible configutarion software in Siemens touch screen MP277, combined the hardware realized the monitor and control to the wholl production line, which has the feature of monitor intime and control precision high, all above can satisfy the hydraulic valve productivity and ensure the rate of acceptability meantime.At first, it presents situation and analyzing measurement about automatic assembly production line, discusses the significance of the automatic assembly line existing now. Because this project is made by the demand from the client, so it has definite refers to qualita-Tive, counter the actual requirements from the client, introduces the hydraulic valve assembly production line control system.Secondly, it researchs the PID control plan realized by PLC, then uses the procedure self-made to realized PID closed loop. And with the Siemens S7-300for example, explains the principle of the PID control and the use of the PLC’s function introduction and the realized control function. At last this chapter elaborates the principle and the basic structure and the application area of the Programmable Logic controller, thus ensure the type of the PLC.Thirdly, design and realize the automatic production line control system based on PLC. In case of the numerous of the I/O points, two pieces of PLC have been used in hardware that though the Profibus connection to control together, S7-300maded be the master station, S7-200maded be the surbordinate station. Apply Step7for PLC procedure in sofeware, using many PLC module to hardware configuration, meantime adopt Siemens touch screen for the medium between people and machine, utilizing WinCC Flexible configuration sofeware to control the lower computer and monitoring equipment in scene through the internet. Exploiting alarm interface used for alarming and monitoring, accomplished in-time alarming function, realized the autogeneration of the production report. Every interface has its own designing interface, fully utilizing the WinCC Fexible powerful configuration function, more convenient to hydraulic valve assembly production line’s monitoring and administration.Finally, analyze the designing and introduce the improving measures, depict the shortage in this design, and make a prospect for the trend of automatic production line based on PLC control.
