Rotary-vector reducer is a new type of transmission mechanism which used by industrial robot joint,It has a lot of characters including high rigidity,high precision,strong carrying capacity Compared with the harmonic reducer used by industrial robot joint currently,Rotary-vector reducer advantage in the field of high precision transmission.However,the beginning of Rotary-vector reducer research in China is later,the automatic production line which can product RV reducer in a large account is lacking.This paper is based on The National High Technology Research and Development Program of China(863 Program):”Development and Application Demonstration of RV Reducer Used in Robots”,studies on the structure of RV reducer's core component production line,the achievement of manufacture automation,the facility design of production line and the manufacture logistics system,The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:?Based on the investigation and analysis of Rotary-vector reducer,pointing out the problems RV reducer faced in localization and industrialization;discuss the manufacture solution RV reducer's core component production line confronted in domestic and foreign;confirm the design goal of RV reducer's core component production line.?Introducing the transmission principle,transmission accuracy,application field of the RV reducer,On the basis of introduction,analyze the theory of production line design,Petri net and production system simulation;research and verify the theory used to design the production line.?Based on the process analysis,market demand and current status,establish the multiple-objective production line which can achieve the expected purpose,divide the working units based on capacity balance;On the basis of the result,completing the design of automatic working units and unmanned conveying system,establishing the structure and operating logic of the working units and conveying system,research the key technology of automatic material handling,collection and identity of product information,automatic conveying;To the result,build a complete structure and facility of the RV reducer's core component production line.? Establish the Petri net models to describe objects in RV reducer's core component production line,beside,to ensure the effectiveness of Petri net models,takeing the dynamic analysis for objects which is key or related closely in the RV reducer's core component production line,after the models achievement and dynamic analysis,provide a complete Petri net model to express and describe the RV reducer's core component production line's operation.Build a foundation for analysis and production simulation.?Establish the connection between Petri net models and simulation models for production system,refer to the design of RV reducer's core component production line and Petri net models,build simulation models of the production line in simulation software.analyze and evaluate the simulation results with equipment status,the amount of work in progress,average time in stay and other output,verify the effect RV reducer's core component production line take on the capacity of mass production in the RV reducer field.Because the research contain many contents related the production line,such as produce,manufacture process,improvement,control,many details still need a step forward for research,hoping the study on this paper contribute to improve the manufacture level and capacity of mass production in the field of RV reducer,achieve the RV reducer's domestic production.
