Generally, The Rural Credit Cooperatives (RCC) use paper notes, etc. to recordthe customer’s basic information, but some information, such as contact frequency,whether intention and the relation record are difficult to store. The senior leader ofRCC, including human resources executives are difficult to make a positive andeffective performance evaluation for the business members, the situation is moredifficult to follow up on the front clerk/salesperson and assist them to complete abetter performance. RCC has a need to develop special purpose software to manageall customers’ information.This topic develops a customer relationship management system to manage allthe customer information of RCC. The basic features include: customer’s basicinformation management, contact records of customers, actively communicate withcustomers, employee’s work record (log), the performance of employees, thecompany’s quarterly results, the extent of the staff quarters, all kinds of statistical data(graphical and tabular form), and so on. The customer relationship managementsystem developed using object-oriented design idea, and the database is established inSQL SERVER2005. Using Ajax technique to realize the asynchronously transferbetween the customer site and server site, which can effectively improve the responsespeed of the server and reduce the press of the server. Using LINQ technique tointegrate all the operation of database, which can simplifies operation of the databasedevelopers.Customer relationship management system can change the traditional paper notesmethods, etc., not only can be used to record the customer’s basic information, butalso to retain all the contact records. According these records, combines with businessrules and social human psychology, analyses the customer’s actual and psychologicalneeds by comprehensive statistical, and provides positive and effective tips andstatistics to users, helps users more closely contacts their customers, keeps oldcustomers, and taps new customers and continues to increase customers’ loyalty andhelp them complete the better performance.
