With increasingly competitive in financial markets’industry, the traditional full marketing-oriented operation and development mode can not meet the needs of market competition, besides it can not meet the requirements of service levels and quality from customers in financial markets. In this way, It requires to change the marketing concept from traditional "Manage Products" to "Manage Customers".This paper aims to develop a customer-centric Customer Relationship Management System. This system integrates the customer information and the business information in major banking system, such as core banking system, credit system, credit system, intermediate business system, international business system, financial system, risk management system, financial management system, online banking system, to provide complete and comprehensive customer information for front-line marketing. At the same time, through cross-system trade integration, it achieves core business, credit cards, investment operations and other comprehensive financial products and services, on the basis of a single customer view, it provides customer-centric, customer management and marketing-based integrated financial products and services to front-line customer managers. This system through the management of customer relationships and providing products and services Improving customer marketing, sales and service processes, providing basic data and performance reports to account managers and branch, providing the assessment and monitoring based data of account managers and branch to management department, thereby enhancing the market competitiveness and overall profitability of banking productsThis paper is based on the characteristics of domestic banks, combining with the needs of bank’s business development and IT trends, according to the banks’ demand for customer relationship management and the current status of the theory and technique of CRM, defining the system’s architecture, work flow, data frame, the system function. This system uses J2EE and Browers/Server tier architecture model design. This system uses IBM DB29.5 as a database, IBM Websphere 7.5 as an application server, IBM Datastage 7.5 as an ETL tool, JAVA as application program development language, and Eclipse as development environment.This Customer Relationship Management System achieves the functions of customer management, work management, log management, customer manager management, marketing, management, performance management, statistical analysis, system management and so on.The designed and implemented system, described in this paper, has run successfully. System function, performance, reliability,’ease of use’ achieve the desired goal. This system performance supports tens of millions of customer.
