With the continuous expansion of the scale of the market economy, the number of funds is also growing. The fund company is facing a very good development opportunity, at the same time, it also faces a huge challenge. After many years of exploration and experience accumulation, various types of fund company management system has been basically completed and the traditional internal management has become a stumbling block to the development of enterprises. Especially in this situation, it is a key factor to the success of the company that how to grasp customer’s demand and improve customer’s satisfaction and loyalty, which is the main problem to be solved in the operation of the fund company. Therefore, to focus on the characteristics and current situation of the fund management, the development of a fund’s efficient customer management system has become the top priority of the fund companies.As the development and implementation of the application system of the fund company has its particularity and complexity, the customer management system must be practical, accurate, safe and easy to operate. So the author has to take some measures: first, deeply research and study the actual situation and characteristics of the fund company; second, combine their own ability and level; finally, design and realize the fund company’s customer management system. The system based on Multiple enterprise applications standard J2EE technology, based on MVC pattern, application of J2EE lightweight framework S2SH and Ajax technology to complete. The system greatly simplifies the CRM system, but it also includes three basic functions of CRM-customer information management, marketing management, customer service management. It mainly achieved:user login, new activities, activity maintenance, new customers, customer volume import, customer information query, maintenance, new service products, product information dissemination, customer service subscription and other functions.In the process of design and Implementation, the author takes into account the development of software engineering ideas, and through the UML analysis and design of the project in order to get a high efficiency, safe and easy operation of the fund company customer management system.
