Customer Relationship Management CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, uses databases to store all kinds of customer information, and uses computer software technology to manage and analyse the customers information and the basis of scientific decision-making, is the combinative production of information technology and management science, CRM focus on the customer, implement market, customers, sales, after sales process integration, and can help standardize business processes, improve customer service quality, centralize manage customer resources. Meanwhile promote the collaboration of enterprise interior between each functional departments, enhance the relationship between enterprises and users, and enhance the enterprise’s management level, is a basic building measuresthe of enterprise information construction.Base on current operation and management of an xin company, this paper applied CRM as a theory support for the analysis and resolvement of the problems of an xin company, thus to achieve the destinations such as popularization of enterprise brand, establishment of famous brand image of the enterprise, so as to make CRM more favorable to an xin company.This paper designed and implemented a customer relationship management system, which is mainly based on three-tier system of struts framework, this paper discussed in detail in the system design and security design, and corresponding implementation is given, at the same time, the paper also deals with some practictice of software engineering thinking.
