The Study On How Micro Blog Affect The Constructive Mechanism Of Chinese Citizen Consciousness

China is gradually stepping into the civil society with the continuous economicand social development. During the development and growth of civil society in China,as the main part of the nation, Chinese citizen consciousness is constantly awakening,guiding and influencing people’s behavior and practice. However, due to manyreasons such as history of development and cultural traditions, both citizen cognitionand citizen awareness starts relatively late in China, and they are still in the earlystage of development at present. Meanwhile, the researches on citizen consciousness,civil society, citizen culture and others are not very complete.At the Seventeenth Congress, the Party clearly put forward the proposal of“intensify education about citizen awareness”, and “establish socialist concepts ofdemocracy, the rule of law, freedom, equality, equity and justice”. After that, therequirement of “comprehensively improve the moral quality of citizens” isemphasized on the Eighteenth Party Congress again. Thus it can be seen that, it’s veryimportant and urgent for China’s social development and democracy process tocultivate and establish correct citizen consciousness.However, due to the restrictions of traditional ideology and culture as well as thepresent social development stage, the development of citizen awareness and civilsociety is relatively backward compared with the high speed of China’s economic andsocial modernization. And the consensus convincing the most about what is civilsociety doesn’t even exist. Therefore, only if the citizen consciousness and civilsociety’s connotation could be properly understood, China’s civil society developmentas well as the process of modernization and democratization could be reallypromoted.The current development of China’s civil society is in an important and confusedperiod. Born with the network development, micro blog provides an applicable wayfor the cultivation and construction of China’s citizen consciousness. But as a kind ofnew media existing on network, micro blog bring both opportunities and challengesfor the building of Chinese citizen awareness. Therefore, in the perspective ofmacroscopic citizen conception, this paper tries to search for a suitable mechanism ormode for the construction of Chinese citizen consciousness by working on how micro blog plays a role.
