Modern society is a people-oriented and the rights of citizens for the society.Modern society put forward new requirement on archives. This requires the archivemanagement and user with the needs of the modern attitudes and values. This also is anew task on the process of modernization. Because of the development of the society, thearchives play an important role in political and economic and so on. But in real life, thereare many phenomenon of social awareness of the archives, either archivists or user,awareness of the file is missing will affect the protection of the archive, development andutilization, publicity and education, and even affect the file career development. In fact, ithas a very important relationship with civic awareness. In this paper, Study therelationship between Chinese citizen consciousness and archives consciousness.This paper attempts to the relationship between Chinese citizen consciousness andarchives consciousness.
