The Research And Implementation Of Unified Communications Platform

The geographical distribution of energy group work in several provinces, branchesscattered distribution, management of complex. On the one hand need flat organizationstructure and operation reality, between the requirements of internal organization ofenterprises through a variety of means of communication to ensure and improve the efficiencyof cooperative communication; on the other hand, due to the wide working area anddispersion, staff mobility is more and more high, brings a cross regional and coordinationoffice demand on the move. The actual problems in the operation and management ofenterprise’s urgent need to improve the capability of employee communication efficiency andemployees to work together through a unified communications platform.Starting from an energy group in this study, the problems existing in operationmanagement, put forward the necessity and significance of establishing unifiedcommunications platform; then the unified communications technology at home and abroadapplication development of the study, combined with the status quo of the existingcommunication networks and enterprise business system, puts forward the general frameworkof a unified communications platform. Then studied the key technologies to realize theunified communications platform, one is the analysis of the characteristics and currentapplication of soft switching technology, identified using in network equipment buildingunified communications platform ideas; two is to choose proper communication protocolcontrol through detailed analysis, research, comparison, in order to realize voicecommunication between various terminals; the three is the application system appropriatemobile technology selection through analysis, research, comparison, solve the problem ofmobile office application system. Finally, according to the business process with softwaredevelopment technology, has carried on the detailed function design and softwareprogramming of the system, and eventually establish unified communications platform forenterprise information service system. This paper has also carried on the detailed test on the function of the system, to verify the availability of system.Unified communications platform in the actual application of the tested, basicallyachieved the expected design requirements. Application of this system improves thecommunication between staff efficiency and ability to work together, to meet the businessrequirements for "non geographical differences, no terminal difference" office mode, reducethe operation cost of enterprises, to a very good role in promoting the improvement of theoverall management capability of enterprises.
