| As an application and a solution to communication problems between people, unified communications can allow people independent of time and space, you can access to text messages, data, images and multimedia at any time, anywhere on any devices. So it finally enhances people's communication efficiency and reduces communication costs as a result. It differs from the network level interoperability, and it is people-oriented application-level integration and coordination, a higher level concept and a new generation of communications and IT industry.With the development of unified communications and related requirements, this paper first analyzes the needs of unified communications platform in basis of the converged network and the aspects which are functionality demand and others have entered the elaboration. Among them, the functional requirements include the functionalities that the system needs to provide and so on.After determining the needs of the system, in this article it first finishes the overall design of the unified communications platform, and in basis of this, it makes a detail classification and description for the basic services of the unified communications platform. And then this paper focus on the design of basic user information services which includes user information, group information, and present. Subsequently, this article describes the function, the design and the implementation of unified communications client.After completing the system design and the module implementation, this paper introduces the system operating environment, including the hardware environment and software environment. In order to verify the implementation of the system in the main function is to meet the requirements, it designs a series of test cases for system validation tests in this thesis.Finally, in this paper this subject the author during the completion of all the work results are summarized and it puts forward the direction of future work. |
