| In tradition office mode, the daily affairs of enterprises and institutions are limited by the office area, which means officers cannot keep working and responding when they are away of office, especially in emergency incidents. Kinds of situations not only may affect efficiency, but also may cause huge problems and accidents. According to the application and popularization of wireless network smart mobile terminals (SMT), mobile office is followed with interest by the government departmentsandother companies. It is a great improvement of tradition officing mode and represents the future developing orientation of wireless informatizationtechnology.Recently, mobile officing is still confined to the tradition mode that uses mobile phone’s browser to login office automation (OA). This method may reach "mobile" in some way, but in terms of security, operability and adaptability, it will face numerous troubles. In order to solve the drawbacks and problems of traditional office mode, by combing mobile informatizationservice, a mobile OA system is presented for governments andcompanies, which is based on the current OA system and SMT.In this paper, a proposed mobile OA system has been studied and applied in Guangxi higher people’s court. Xpath technique is utilized to analyzeOA system with B/S structure. The proposed mobile OA system transfers tradition OA system into Android based application that can be used in smart mobile phones. Users can use this application to login OA system at anytime and anywhere, which addresses the working restriction of time and place. Moreover, security problem of browser has also been tackled too. It has great meanings for the improvement of informatizationand working efficiency of companies. |
