Cloud manufacturing is a new mode of service-oriented networkedmanufacturing, through fusion of cloud computing, Internet of things and newinformation technology related to the "manufacturing as a service" for the idea, allkinds of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity will visualization’spackage, description of service, realizing the sharing of resources reasonableallocation and utilization, as a platform provide standardized and unified andintellectualized operation and management. Can be achieved through the adoption ofcloud manufacturing technology across the enterprise, cross-industry, cross-regionalcooperation, enterprises can quickly response to the dynamic market, adapt to theglobalization of competition and challenge. Because of the diversity and complexityof manufacturing resources, decentralized and regional characteristics, the userpersonalized needs with a wide range of manufacturing resource services intelligentmatching which can made users accurately find the resources from cloudmanufacturing platform, become one of the key technologies to implement cloudmanufacturing platform. On the analysis of the resource services matching based onthe research present situation and the enterprise reality demand, the problem of cloudmanufacturing environment resource services matching were studied.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts and cloud manufacturingresource services matching research status at home and abroad, on the basic theoryand framework of cloud manufacturing, studies the framework and service matchingrelationship between users in the cloud manufacturing platform.Secondly, because under the cloud manufacturing environment manufacturingresources was diversity, dynamic and complexity, constructed classification model ofmanufacturing resources; By classifying resource information description, establishedthe information model which contained basic information, function information andconstraints information; Based on the theory of ontology and semantic descriptionlanguage OWL-S, build the cloud manufacturing resources ontology, through thecloud manufacturing resource service formalization, achieve the unified description of cloud manufacturing services resources, provide information support for follow-upservice resources matching.Again, in view of the manufacturing resources parameter diversity problem,described the concept of manufacturing resource from words, phrasing and numericalparameters of the three types, and according to the description of the information, thecorresponding similarity algorithm is given.Finally, on the basis of the manufacturing resource ontology modeling andsemantic description of the proposed information, puts forward a matching algorithmwhich included basic matching, function matching constraint matching andcomprehensive matching four layers of matching processes, and matching of eachlayer has been detailed elaboration, while calculating the similarity between all layersto improve the accuracy of matching results. And used an example to verify thealgorithm.
