Cloud manufacturing which adapting to the era development is a new advanced manufacturing mode. The core idea of cloud manufacturing is that in order to reach the maximum utilization of manufacturing resource, cloud manufacturing eliminates cumbersome and optimizes allocation through the information integration and sharing among different manufacturing enterprises. This paper based on the Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi Province "Research on manufacturing resource optimization allocation for cloud manufacturing", focuses on analyzing and studying the key implementation techniques of cloud manufacturing. This paper makes the following innovative research results:1. The ontology technology has been brought in modeling of manufacturing resources and processing tasks. The application of ontology technology in semantic modeling was analyzed. Manufacturing resources has been detailed classified. The preliminary model of resource discovery was designed. The method of ontology-based DSBFS modeling is proposed. The otology-based cloud manufacturing resources and processing tasks information model were build. Finally, the ontology model of a specific instance was established by the modeling method of DSBFS. And the resources and processing task ontology of the instance were described by OWL.2. A Method of Intelligent Matching Technique of Cloud Manufacturing Resources and Processing Tasks Based on Ontology Mapping is proposed. The problems such as semantic heterogeneity, ontology heterogeneity and low search efficiency exist in resource discovery in cloud manufacturing environment have been solved. The ontology-based cloud manufacturing resources and processing tasks information model were build. The model of resource matching was build. Resource discovery was being converted to mapping between manufacturing resources ontology and processing task ontology to solve. The intelligent matching algorithm of resource discovery was designed. Matching process was divided into five stages which were state matching, domain matching, function matching, service matching and integrated matching. At last, the proposed intelligent algorithm was illustrated under the cloud simulation environment.3. To find the manufacturing resources, a semantic reasoning retrial method based on ontology in the Semantic Web environment was proposed. The search matching rules of manufacturing resources were designed in detailed. The way to access, read and ratiocinate OWL file of manufacturing resource ontology was successfully discovered.4. The function structure frame of the manufacturing services system has been designed based on detailed analysis of the functional requirements module of cloud manufacturing services system. Based on the characteristics of cloud computing architecture, the architecture of cloud manufacturing services system has been designed. This paper expounds the detailed working process of the system.5. The prototype system of cloud manufacturing service platform is developed by software technology. The architecture of prototype system is B/ S. The underlying database of the system is My SQL. System is using Java programming language. JSP, Ajax, Java Script, JQuery and other technology are used as the front-end display of the cloud system. J 2EE architecture was developed as the platform of the system. In the practical application of the prototype system function module, it proved that the proposed theory has good correctness.
