The proposal of "Made in China 2025" plan has greatly promoted the application of high-tech in China's manufacturing industry,and cloud manufacturing model is a new manufacturing model with cloud computing,Io T and other emerging technologies.With the help of the cloud manufacturing system,it is possible to integrate,circulate,and remanufactured manufacturing resources scattered in various places,and accomplish the problem of lowly efficient use of manufacturing materials.Although the cloud manufacturing platform has been developed to a certain extent,since some members in the cloud manufacturing platform are vulnerable to attacks by malicious members,the matching of individual resources is dynamic and long-term,so it is difficult to apply the existing bilateral matching methods.How to design a set of resource matching methods for cloud manufacturing platforms that can reduce the transaction risk of members and achieve efficient sharing and optimal allocation of manufacturing resources is one of the core issues in bilateral matching research.In the first step,in view of the open and shared characteristics of the cloud manufacturing platform,in order to reduce the risk of transactions between members with lower computing and data storage costs,a real-time trust measuring method between members of cloud manufacturing based on sliding time windows is proposed.This method introduces a sliding time window mechanism to measure local reputation and global reputation,and comprehensively considers local reputation and global reputation to measure real-time trust.Simulation experiments verify the advantages of the method in terms of calculation accuracy and the ability to resist malicious members.In the second step,in order to improve the accuracy of the materials matching results of the cloud manufacturing system,a supply and demand matching model at different stages of the cloud manufacturing system was constructed,and a method for measuring the satisfaction of both the supply and demand sides of the resource considering real-time trust was proposed.The feasibility of the model and method is verified by example analysis,and it is more in line with actual needs.
