Cloud Manufacturing Resources Semantic Found Key Technology Research

With the increase of the Internet channel ability and operation ability aswell as the evolution of Internet integration technology and application services,cloud computing emerged as a new Internet model. On this basis, the cloudmanufacturing mode of manufacturing field has enabled manufacturingenterprises to greatly increase the opportunity to get the resources, acceleratedthe process of informatization of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the Shanxi Province Natural Science Fund Project "《the study ofcomplex Internet environment of manufacturing resource discovery andenterprise application integration method》 funding, the paper integrated use ofSemantic Web, ontology modeling development and search engine technologytheory, the key technology of cloud manufacturing resource semantics searchare studied.Designed the overall framework of cloud manufacturing resource semanticdiscovery. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of cloud manufacturingresource, this paper has designed the overall framework of cloud ManufacturingResource Semantic discovery. At the same time, discusses the key technology torealize the cloud Manufacturing Resource Semantic Discovery, which laid thefoundation for the realization of globalization of cloud manufacturing.Established manufacturing resource ontology library based cloudcomputing. Ontology modeling of manufacturing resources is the base of cloudmanufacturing resource norm. Based on the research of ontology modelingtechnology, puts forward the classification model of manufacturing resources.On this basis, the cloud manufacturing resources were analyzed and modeling,established preliminary manufacturing resource ontology library.Designed the ontology mapping process of the manufacturing domain.Manufacturing resource of unified，standardized and no ambiguity is the basisof resource sharing, resource discovery，semantic search and other key aspects. After analyzing the characteristics of heterogeneous resource ontology,combined with the ontology concept similarity calculation method, designed theontology mapping process of manufacturing domain.On the basis of the above work, constructed the cloud manufacturingresource semantic search engine system Mris based on search engine technology,exploratory achieved semantic search service of manufacturing resource in thesystem. And the experimental results show that the accuracy and feasibility ofthe system in semantic search manufacturing resources.
