With the development of computer technology, wireless communication and network,thewireless sensor network which collected many technologies has been widely used in theindustrial field. ZigBee technology for wireless sensor networks is low-cost, flexiblenetworking, and high reliability. Using ZigBee wireless sensor network,we can enforce theremote monitoring and data acquisition and collect the needed parameters informations.Through these dates,we find unstable factors and improve work efficiency. In addition, thewiring and costs in the cable acquisition system has improved.Wireless sensor networks have many forms and they have different research directions.By comparative and analysis with other wireless sensor network technologies, we use ZigBeetechnology as communication technology of surveillance monitoring and data acquisitionsystem and expand ZigBee protocol architecture and its followed standards. We also describeand analyze its three network topologies. We design and choose the hardware in line with theprinciple of low-power, high noise immunity and flexibility. It includes node wireless trans-ceiver modules, microcon-troller(MCU) modules, sensor modules, power modules as well assome peripheral circuit design. Selection of the the MSP430chip for the microp-rocessor tocontrol the other modules and data processing, choice CC2520as a wireless transceiver mod-ules, we make use of CC2520to transfer information between the nodes more easily becauseof having a better protocol mechanisms. The IAR Embedded Workbench as system softwaresave hardware resources.The coordinator node networking process and process design, and use software tools totest the node’s status. Constructed a temperature monitoring system, we can gain each node’stemperature on time and to monitor the working condition of the node is normal or not. Nodelocation, the quantum genetic algorithm is applied to DV-Hop algorithm of the third stage,optimizes measurement datas. MATLAB simulation results show that the algorithm afterimprovement, the positioning accuracy has been improved.
