Informationtechnology has become an important development strategy in China. Liangjia Coalputs forward digitized mine construction ideas, its main idea is: to closely focus onthe development of requirements and overall objectives of the company, thetechnology platform and an important means for the construction of digital mine,implement fine management policy effectively and fine management goals. Thepioneering system is the foundation and basic conditions of coal production, thepremise and foundation of digital mine. The digitization develop systems of LiangjiaCoal is based on the pioneering systems of the existing Liangjia coal.By exploring,digging, mining, management, measures approval and so on, they will beinterconnected through digital technology.It will also be possible to realize equipmentinformation interoperability and information sharing, achieve Liangjia Coalpioneering management of information technology and paperless.This paper analyzes the information construction needs of the Liangjia Coal anddiscusses the digitized pioneering of Liangjia Coal overall architecture of the systemdesign, the function of the system design, workflow design and system design of thedatabase in detail. This system uses VB technology, CAD, the Web Servicestechnology and database technology, the system consists of six main modules,namelythe strata digitized system,mine map digitization system,develop roadway supportingtheoretical system, supporting measures for the management module, mine pioneeringcase module, system support modules. The system has been in the Liangjia Coal trialrun, the eventual realization of the system to meet the information management needsof the pioneering system Liangjia Coal Mine, to explore effective ways for thedevelopment of digital mine.
