Recent years, along with the fast development and the widespread application of the computer technology, the network technology and the wireless communication technology, the wireless sensor network has become a Popular and advanced research field. The ZigBee technology is a kind of short-distance wireless communication protocol, because of its low-power, the network capacity big and so on, so it is suitable for the sensor network. At present, ZigBee wireless sensor network technology already had certain application.This topic based on the current measure and control technology development requirement, take industry field data gathering as a goal, through researching on ZigBee technology and the wireless sensor network and being applied to monolithic integrated circuit CC2430 (SOC) chip based on the ZigBee technology wireless, design the hardware wireless I/O module, and realize an industry filed remote monitoring and controling system by it. In this paper uses the wireless sensor network application technology, has realized the wireless I/O module software and hardware design, realizes to field data gathering.researching the star network building with ZigBee technology wireless sensor network, especially, the network building and the process of communication between each node. With the star wireless sensor networking and the embedded WEB server technology, realized the industry field remote monitoring and controling system, completed the hardware design and wireless I/O module field data gathering, the wireless transmission between CC2430 and the ARM7 by SPI program design, used each node to gather the field data and transmit the data to the ethernet, simultaneously can control field device through the IE. Finally, also designed test of the system,and has tested some ZigBee technology parameters and the network parameters, through these tests, could prove the ZigBee technology might realize the low power loss wireless sensor network application.
