Through the analysis of domestic and international traffic accident statistics, The humanfactors is the main reason causing traffic accidents, this phenomenon is particularly severe inour country. Improve safe driving theory of cognition of the motor vehicle drivers, help toprevent, control and reduce road traffic accidents. So the safe driving theory study and designsystem to improve traffic safety seriously is of great significance.Safe driving are described in this paper, the methods of knowledge organization theory,classification and its expression form, build the knowledge system safe driving theory. Thispaper introduces the concept of evaluation, this paper expounds the method of analytichierarchy process (AHP), the normalized power and classical evaluation methods such asfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the analysis of the theoretical knowledgeof safe driving system, system of assessment factors that affects the study effect, and thenadopt the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the normalized power method and the method offuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct theoretical study effect evaluation modelof safe driving.This paper expounds the theoretical study system of safe driving system architecture andimplementation technologies. The system is mainly composed of autonomous learning,resource management and system management of three parts such as organic. Theautonomous learning parts can satisfy the users safe driving knowledge and evaluation oflearning effect; In resource management section, users can realize the safe driving theory oforganization and management; System management part of the implementation systemSettings, user management, develop a plan of study, etc.
