Under the background of economic globalization in the21st century, themodern manufacturing enterprises are facing fierce competition, the corecompetitiveness of enterprises lies in lean, efficient and safe production operationsystems. In the actual production process, there exist lots of uncertainty factors, ratherthan the ideal conditions of the traditional assumptions. So the study on identificationand evaluation of the manufacturing systems uncertainty becomes important.Rough set theory analyzes the object using mathematical methods, it canmake effective and objective evaluation of the object. Therefore, in the paper, roughset theory is adopted to identify and evaluate the uncertainty of manufacturingsystems.Firstly, the paper defines the content, purpose and significance, reviews theexisting literature, ideas and methods of the research; secondly, it introduces therelated theories, including risk management, supply chain risk management theorywhich provides guidance and reference, as well as rough set theory.The innovation of the paper is to construct a new index system to describethe manufacturing systems uncertainty, and to establish an identification andevaluation model based on rough set theory. It can preprocess the data, reduce theattributes to get the key indicators; then determine the weight and evaluate themanufacturing systems uncertainty.The paper chooses the non-tire rubber products industry as an example toverify the identification evaluation model. The paper gets the key uncertainty factors ofnon-tire rubber products industry, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the uncertainty of the industry. Finally, the paper analyzes the corresponding evaluationresults, and puts forward to targeted recommendations. |
