Performance evaluation is critical to human resource (HR) management.Setting up the evaluation model is regard as the core of HRM. Because of theevaluation object always includes lots of attributes of which representdifferent features of the object, to evaluate some fuzzy or named non-linearfeatures, the fuzzy math method is an efficient way and the implementationof the computer as well as the computer network can solve the complexity ofcalculation in evaluation process effectively.In this thesis, the study states of the HR performance evaluation aresummarized systemically. Especially we introduce the 360-degree method notonly of its meanings and characteristics but also of the related factors toimprove its reliability and its validity. By analysis the work's property andthe ability requirement of the soft enterprise manager, the performanceevaluation system which gear the soft enterprise project manager is designedand implemented, which combined the AHP method and fuzzy method etc.The general evaluation index system is setup and the calculation way of theindex weight is analysis. Combined the practice, the performance model isbuilt and its algorithm as well as the system based on B/S structure aredesigned. The results show that the system is valid and ideal. There are some creations in this thesis:Firstly, the overall and effective performance evaluation system whichgear the soft enterprise project manager is designed and implemented, whichcombined the work's property and the ability requirement of the softenterprise manager. The rational evaluation factors and index weights aredetermined. Secondly, the performance evaluation model based on fuzzytheory is built and its algorithm is designed. Thirdly, the HR fuzzy theoryevaluation system based on B/S structure is designed and implemented.Lastly, the conclusion shows some shortage of this study and the furtherdirections to the study, of which enrich the performance evaluation theory aswell as practice.
