Teaching quality is the soul of the school, it is not only related to the fate of school development,it is directly related to the students’future. Therefore, each school has attached great importance to the quality of teaching, and many schools also construct the corresponding teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system to ensure the quality and order of teaching. However, the current method of teaching quality evaluation, there are still not enough to fully evaluate the subject, is not enough scientific evaluation and assessment methods behind other shortcomings, so how to establish a set of scientific, simple, teaching quality evaluation system has been one of the research hotspots in colleges and universities.In this paper, it in detail analyzes of the research background and the current situation of teaching quality evaluation system, briefly introduces the basic principle of fuzzy theory and its common algorithms, and this paper summarizes the existing problems and characteristics of teaching quality evaluation, then in view of the above problems are analyzed and a more accurate and effective teaching quality evaluation system is constructed, after tha it studies a method of teaching quality evaluation based on fuzzy theory, including the design of teaching quality evaluation, teaching quality evaluation model of process and teaching quality evaluation system database, and the evaluation algorithm for the design and optimization of concrete, based on the evaluation of the fuzzy theory, taking a school as the object, development a teaching quality evaluation system based on fuzzy theory, and introduces the overall structure of the system, the curriculum evaluation, comprehensive evaluation and statistical analysis of three modules to realize the evaluation on the comprehensive quality of teachers.The evaluation of teaching, giving full consideration to the comprehensive evaluation of main body, improves the evaluation reliability, and the convenient mode of operation enable participants to online teaching evaluation become possible, it also ensures the development of the evaluation work, justice, fair, open and effective, it can make the teachers detect the teaching quality and discover the problems in the teaching for assessing and promoting education goal, so it has the vital significance to enhance the quality of teaching.
