As the primary technology of IOT (Internet of Things),the advantages of radio frequency identification (RFID) and WSN (wireless sensor network) ares also gradually revealed, but they also have a lot of technical defects. The fusion of these two technologies can make up for its own shortcomings and better play their advantages. A intelligent node combined RFID reader and WSN node is designed,in which a CC2530is embedded.The data is collected by the terminal node and then sent to the backend application center through the ZigBee network.The system can not only monitor kinds of information including the quality of product and identification and the environment parameter etc.,but also improve the efficiency and accuracy of the logistics storage.Chapter3(the design of the RFID reader), Chapter4(design of ZigBee communication module) and Chapter5(the design of interface) are emphases of the dissertation. The main contributions of the dissertation are:(1) The design of RFID reader. The low-power chips MSP430F5438and MFRC522are selected. The main body of the MFRC522peripheral circuit and antenna hardware are designed and the hardware schematics are showed. On this basis, the design the peripheral circuit of the MSP430F5438is given, including the external circuit, JTAG emulation interface, power connector, TFT interface, memory interface and RS232/RS485interface. The software of reader is designed by understanding of the RFID air communication protocols and related workflow.(2) The design of ZigBee. communication node A single-chip integrated CC2530is choosed to design hardware and software of communication node with premising of existing design and analysis of the current experimental conditions. The hardware schematics of module are given, including the CC2530external circuits, RF design, power supply circuit,emulator interface, the I/O interface circuit, UART interface circuit. In addition, the workflow and APP layer ZDO layer function are setted with the understanding of ZigBee protocol stack(3) The design of the communication interface. The feasibility of fusion of RFID and ZigBee is analyzed. One kind of open and common interface, including hardware and software, is designed.(4) The management in the warehouse. The warehouse system is divided into three modules:basic information, inventory, and report management. B/S and C/S architecture are combined and the operating environment is Visual studio+SQL, the user interface of each module are designed. The SerialPort class in Visio Studio2005is selected for the design of communication module and related experiments is finished.
