Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) is utilized to perceive the environment.RFID is used to read RFID tags to obtain device information. Both of them iscollecting external information for human. RFID system is short communicationdistance and high-power, however, the intelligent WSN with RFID integratinghardwares of the two networks together and sharing. not only support Ad hocnetworks, Multi-hop communication and controlling of network devices, but alsocompensate for the deficiencies of communication distance of the RFID system.In this paper,a WSN and RFID fusion scheme based on ZigBee technologywas proposed, ZigBee was utilized to establish and maintain the network.RFIDtag information was embedded in ZigBee node and transmitted transparently inthe network. After RFID tags were collected together, then send to RFID systemthrough standard RFID interface. On the basis of this scheme, the integrationarchitecture hardware solution of RFID and wireless sensor network hybridsystem was given, ZigBee hardware and software was designed based on theCC2530and Z-Stack separately.This paper designed four new low-power management methods,namely theEnd-device low-power management methods that perception cycle adjustmentscheme based on data gaps and transmit power adjustment scheme based on RSSIvalue, the Router low-power management methods that local synchronizationsleeping scheme and routing data frame integration scheme.Finally, the effectiveness of the presented fusion scheme and design hadbeen verified by experiments and simulation results,realizing the software andhardware fusion architecture of RFID system and WSN.
