Warehousing as the kernel of supply chains places the most important position in Logistics. Along with the number of material to store and the frequency of import and export rapidly increasing, how to use new technology to efficiently manage warehouse and get the whole warehouse information in real time has become an important factor of making the enterprise succeed in the competition. ZigBee Wireless Sensor Network which involves many subjects has become the new researching hotspot focused by many countries. It includes various technologies, such as sensor technology, wireless communication technology and embedded technology. It has the ability to collect, transmit and process information. With its development and widespread application, Wireless Sensor Network will bring deep influence to people's lives and make a great promotion to the transformation of industry.This paper introduces ZigBee technology to Warehousing Management and develops the ZigBee Clustertree network independently. This paper applies self-adapting weighted data fusion algorithm to the intelligent warehousing system based on ZigBee and compiles the upper computer monitoring software.On hardware design, this paper designs and develops ZigBee coordinator device based on MC9S12DG128+ MC13193, ZigBee router devices and end devices based on MC9S08GT60+ MCI3193. The system uses three-axis accelerometer MMA7260Q and temperature sensor TMP175 to locate the cargos and get the temperature.of the warehouse. On PCB design, this paper studies 2.4GHz high-frequency design specifications, the component layout, electromagnetic noise suppression, and RF antenna design. This paper also develops BDM to download and debug embedded software for HCS08 and HCS12MCU.In software algorithm design, on the premise of temperature not beyond the alarm range, the paper adopts self-adapting weighted data fusion algorithm to reduce the weight of larger measurement error temperature sensors. It improves accuracy of data acquisition and communication quality as well as reducing the network power consumption.On software design, this paper realizes ZigBee network coordinator device, ZigBee router devices and end devices through studying IEEE 802.15.4 protocal and ZigBee specifications under CodeWarrior V4.6 IDE. Through ZigBee network coordinator, ZigBee router and ZigBee end devices, the paper realizes intelligent warehousing system under Code Warrior V6.0 IDE. The computer monitoring software based on Visual C++6.0 uses SQL Server 2000 to store all kinds of information acquired by ZigBee network, which enhances the efficiency of storing goods.Intelligent warehousing system based on ZigBee technology can fully uses various advantages of ZigBee, such as low cost, small energy consumption, big network capacity and high reliance. System testing indicates it can conduct real-time, highly efficient and accurate warehousing management, effective in eliminating the hidden dangers with simple maintenance, improving the quality and efficiency of warehousing greatly.
