Warehousing as an important node in modern logistics and supply chain system, hasbecome an important part. With the development of social economy and the improvementof people living standard,The demand of people on the amount and type of goods has beenincreasing constantly, So the warehousing system requirements are increasing. Especially,warehouse’s environmental parameters, such as temperature、humidity and so on, has animportant effect on the quality of goods and their life. Real-time monitoring to thewarehouse environment parameters can not only ensure the quality of the storage goods,and extend the life of the warehousing goods, also can enhance the safety factor ofwarehousing system, which can give an alarm in time when a security hidden dangerhappens.However the traditional warehousing environmental monitoring system existscomplex wiring、low reliability、low cost in management and maintenance, so there will bea new scientific technology brought into the warehousing system, the construction ofinformationaliz-ed, network and intelligent warehousing environmental monitoring system is of greatsignificance.ZigBee network as a representative type of wireless sensor network, has lots ofadvantages such as low energy consumption、low cost、low rate. It incorporatesmulti-disciplinary knowledge in the forefront of the hot research field, including wirelesscommunication technology、the sensor technology and embedded computer technology. Itcan real-time monitor, perceive and gather all kinds of environmental information andmonitoring objects through all kinds of Micro Sensor,and transmit the information to theuser.ZigBee wireless sensor network is considered to be one of the most importanttechnology in the 21 st century.The paper, with the application of ZigBee wireless sensor network technology inwarehousing environmental monitoring system as the main line, mainly complete thefollowing several aspects of the work:(1)First summarizes the basic knowledge of wireless sensor network and ZigBeetechnology, and then based on ZigBee protocol framework, researches the standard of physical layer, media access control layer,network layer and the application layer, andthoroughly understands the characteristics of ZigBee technology and communicationprinciple.(2)Then analyses the current research status of some key techniques based on ZigBeewireless sensor network technology in warehousing environmental monitoring system,mainly including: MAC protocol and routing protocol, and these key techniques in thebackground of warehousing monitoring system is discussed.(3)And then, according to the actual demand of warehousing monitoring system,designs hardware system of wireless sensor equipment.The node uses enhanced 8051single chip microcomputer as the main controller, CC2530RF as wireless data transceiver,temperature and humidity sensor SHT11 to achieve data acquisition of environmentalparameters.(4)Communication system is exploited based on ZigBee protocol Stack Z-Stackdevelopment. The author writes programs code for Z-Stack through IAR EW8051integrated development environment ,according to different role of these nodes, IncludingZigBee coordinator sets up network and operates procedures,ZigBee router joins thenetwork and operates procedures,ZigBee terminal equipment joins the network andrealizes data collecting、sending and receiving and so on.The corresponding code will beprogrammed ,and the auther downloads the code to ZigBee equipment with the aid of thedownload tools SmartRF Flash Programmer,and debugs these ZigBee equipments,in themeantime, Let them form a tree network to realize wireless transmission. Lastly the autherputs these ZigBee equipments into warehousing system, and structures the ZigBee wirelesssensor network based on warehousing environmental monitoring system.Warehousing environmental monitoring system based on ZigBee Wireless SensorNetwork technology can fully uses many advantages of ZigBee node,such as small energyconsumption,low cost, simple installation and maintenance.In the way of wirelessremote,temper-ature, humidity and other environmental parameters of warehousing area is collected andmanaged real-time, and safe hidden dangers can be eliminated effectively. It has theincomparable advantages to traditional warehousing management,so can solution wellsome problems,such as complex wiring and low efficiency and so on.
