Application Of PLC Control System And Communication Technology In The Filling Equipment

With the rapid development of science and technology, as well as numerousapplications of new technologies, production of the health care industry promotedrapidly, which also put forward higher requirements for control systems. PLC, one ofthe three pillars of modern industrial automation has been widely used in variousindustrial controls.Field-bus a kind of industrial data bus, developed rapidly in recent years, it ismainly to solve digital communication among intelligent instrumentation, controllersand actuators in industrial field and information transmission between field devicesand advanced control systems. With several outstanding advantages as simple, reliable,economical and practical, Field-bus has been widely used in many large-scaleindustrial control fields.This thesis with general structure of the PLC control system and field buscommunication basic principles and methods, tries to improve the control systemaiming reform the eye drops filling machine with Mitsubishi Q series PLC; tries topromote equipment’s remote data collection and control with Mitsubishi CC-Linkindustrial fieldbus; tries to promote and reform original button control system throughdesigning of human machine interface finally, tries to propose reform method andexpectation for functions not yet achieved of future reforms to equipment.With the control system put into use, it reduces equipment downtime and faultscaused by equipment failure; it reduces labor intensity and improves productionefficiency. The practical application shows that by using the Q series PLC as thecontrol core, using CC-Link fieldbus system can save wiring, easy maintenance anddebugging, also by high-performance PLC makes the control system more stable andefficient, while increasing people machine interface not only for more convenientoperation, but also for achievement of convenient debugging, quickly troubleshooting,and training department staff.
