With the industrial users of the pressure transmitter to improve the detection accuracy requirements, in order not to be eliminated by the user to develop high-precision pressure transmitter is imperative, the pressure sensor as the core component of the pressure transmitter, the development of high-precision pressure Sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is the premise, the media filling device as a sensor in the production process of the key core equipment, due to the current production of the media filling device has been unable to meet the technical requirements of sensor media filling, whether the successful development of a the media filling device that meets the needs of sensor production is the key to the success of sensor development.The main purpose of this paper is to study and develop a new type of media filling device to meet the technical requirements of sensor media filling. The research and development of the device mainly include: the purification of the medium, obtain the high vacuum when the medium is filled, the adjustable and controllable quality of media filling ,the automatic clamping and sealing of the sensor, how to improve the filling efficiency,how to improve the filling the degree of automation of the device. This device after the success of research and development, compared to the previous filling device the device filled with the sensor in the accuracy, long-term stability, temperature drift and other performance has greatly improved.
