Recently, we concern more and more in our life level. As we all know, lots of toxicant contained in oil paint which shall pollute once they are abused. Besides that, manufacturers have paid more attention to the appearance design and spraying to increase the products use timing, decrease the fade timing, prevent the static electric so as to attract consumers. So we easily make the conclusion that the technology about spraying equipment has greatly influenced our life.On the basis of deeply discussion of the design principle in field control system, this paper absorb the advanced open design mind in supervision and control system, combine the practical project as well as send a new technology or product, which named PCC, into the industrial spraying control field which is a break out no matter in field control technology or the structure of the control mind. The new designed system has its control system level clear as well as more excellent real-time quality and reliability. The opening bus system of the PCC product which make the communication between different system more convenient provide the hardware module and CAN port through which the physical connection turned into more easy.The control mode of traditional pneumatic valves has some shortcomings, including high cost, low safety and many failure points, etc. Application of the valve island control mode with the field bus interface can improve the above-mentioned shortcomings.
