Field-bus connects the industrial equipments in the field, undertake the task of high-speed acquisition,processing and transmission of a large number of data in production. Realizing real-time communication with field devices in PLC control system by applying Field-bus technology is a hot problem in industrial control field. The performance of control system directly affects the economic interests of industrial production, so the works of study the application of Field-bus control technology and PLC has a good practical significance.Mitsubishi's CC-LINK Field-bus and Q series PLC control system provide a set of system solutions.It can shorten development cycle and reduce design effort. So the works of application of CC-LINK Field-bus and Q series PLC will increase the degree of factory automation and strengthen the competence of China's automation industry.This article studies communication theory and structure of CC-LINK, and then describes the application of CC-LINK in Mitsubishi Q series PLC. In the application of variable frequency control system of fans, the article configures the hardware of system, fulfills run sets of CC-link, designs the process flow chart and designs the monitoring system by GT-designer software. The article finally gives some anti-jamming measures and debugging process of the system.In practice, the system runs stable, lightens the labor intensity, and improves production efficiency. The practical application shows that using CC-LINK Field-bus in system can save system wiring, and make maintenance and debugging easily. Using Q series PLC can extend system functions easily by increasing functional modules. The inverter runs at low frequency when driving fan can play a very good effect at saving energy. |
