With the improvement of people's life and the increase of people's contacts,the aesthetic requirements of product packaging have become higher and higher in recent years.Therefore,in today's increasingly competitive market-affected enterprises,enterprises not only meet the basic conditions of product safety,but also meet the higher needs of consumers.In each filling product production enterprise,filling labelling equipment is an indispensable production equipment.It mainly realizes the fast and automatic production of packaging labelling,especially with the application of PLC,frequency converter and other technologies in the equipment,so that the service scope of equipment is constantly expanding.With the use and investment of a large number of equipment in relevant industries,enterprises show a more obvious trend in talent demand.In order to meet the needs of enterprises for higher professional students and to improve the quality of training students majoring in electrical automation in Higher Vocational Colleges,it is necessary to develop a comprehensive experimental equipment involving the disciplines of machinery,computer,industrial engineering,control system,etc.This thesis mainly aims at teaching-oriented automatic filling and labelling and training electrical automation professionals.It mainly deals with motion control,computer control,detection technology,communication principle,etc.The main contents of this thesis are described as follows.(1)Studying the technological requirements of automatic filling and labelling system.(2)Determining the structure of teaching-oriented automatic filling and labelling system and the selection of hardware equipment.(3)CC-Link Fieldbus Technology in the communication network of the simulation system.(4)Design of PLC control system and man-machine interface and the implementation and application of the simulation system. |
