Design And Analyze Of The Enterprise Quality Management Process Based On Mysap

This article describes the SAP (System, Applications and Products in Data Processing)system implementation work for the quality management part of a large multinationalchemical manufacturing enterprise SAP. This article aims to provide the theoretic referenceand technical supports for quality management system actualizing in SAP.The company just completed one acquisition of another large-scale chemical enterprise.Its origin information system is SAP R2, while the acquired company is using SAP R3system.So the whole project will be compatible with the integration processes, based on the existingbusiness process improvement and the acquired business processes adjustment. The new SAPsolution should cover not only the improvement part for current business processes, but alsothe integration part between the two companies.This article first introduced current SAP implementation in the enterprise. It describedthe various functions of SAP as a major information system currently. Then it discussed theimplementation and achievements of SAP in the information system followed by discussionof the SAP solution for Chemical Industry. Based on the new functionalities and technologies,the article improved the company’s origin software development management process. Andthus under the support of it, during the project, the article worked out one suitable mySAPsolution by analysis and investigation for the quality management business process of thechemical enterprise. Below is the major work of this article:1. Analysis and improve the software development management process. This articlefirst investigated the existing software development management process of theenterprise. Based on the original SAP R2development management process, itdesigned and implemented a new software development management process, whichcombines the idea of agile development process and the new features of mySAP.2. Design and develop the new quality management module for the company. For thethree quality management stages of the enterprise (Quality Inspection Planning,Quality Inspection Process and Quality Certificate Management) and the newbusiness requirements after the enterprise integration, this article designed anddeveloped a new quality management system based on the mySAP systemframework. During the implementation of the whole project, the improved software developmentmanagement process streamlines the management work. In the meantime, the project could bemore focus on the quality of the new system’s requirement realization part. It makes theproject more efficient.During the real development phase, this article used IDOC (Intermediate Document)technology to improve the data processing of the system to replace the Post Office function ofSAP R2. Meanwhile, it used Adobe Form to generate the new quality certificate, whichcontains more capability of business scalability and more professional layout. It improved theefficiency of the quality management process and the customer satisfaction for the enterprisebased on the mySAP function.The implementation of the new system greatly improves the integrated company’sbusiness processes, thereby enhancing the enterprise’s social competitiveness.
