At present, the construction of logistics information systems has become one of the hot topics, more and more enterprises begin to invest construction of the supply chain logistics management information systems,but many information systems applications have not succeeded.The fundamental reason is that the enterprise does not detailed investigate the internal and external environment, business requirements could not be put out clearly, simply followed the trend of implementation of information technology,causes the information technology and the enterprise strategy goal to unable to be combined organically,the cooperation business management is still a heap of loose sand, it cannot benefit from the construction of information systems.The company P intends to build a large phosphorus chemical project which is located in Lujiang County, Anhui Province, the main content of the project includes two sets OF 450 thousand tons wet phosphoric acid plant,150 thousand tons PPA device,20 thousand tons anhydrous hydrogen fluoride device, and 600 thousand tons of fertilizer equipment.In order to optimize the company’s business process, to save operating costs, to improve staff efficiency, it is necessary to use logistic management information systems to support.The beginning of the paper summed up the characteristics of chemical industry, China’s chemical logistics development status and future trends, logistics information technology and the development of domestic and abroad logistics information technology. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and implementation of the logistics management information system.The paper study came to research contract project, the design and optimization of the phosphorus chemical logistic system. Through participating in the whole project research the author thought the design and implementation of the logistic management information is a key.During the project research careful investigation was carried out, the business processes of the company P were reengineering, the different functional modules were determined based on the responsibilities of the divisions in the company P, the interfaces of the logistic management information system and other information systems were considered to integrate the company’s cash flow, logistics flow and information flow. And the partial functions and modules of logistic management information system were developed and implemented based on B/S architecture according to JAVA program language.Due to the too many functions and modules of the logistic management information system, the short research time, and the limited capacity, the logistics management information system did not achieve all the functions and modules in this time. I will continue to develop the left functions and modules based on this developed framework and to produce an entire and practical logistic management information system for the company P.
